Role Description We have a new opportunity for a Principal Pricing Analyst to join our Broker Motor Portfolio Pricing team in London on a hybrid basis. This role has been created to support the growth ambitions for our broker motor portfolio, which consists of a diverse range of products from standard car and van to motorcycle and other non-standard products. You will use your insurance market knowledge and pricing expertise to develop and implement rating proposals that enable us to deliver on our business objectives. We work closely with the wider Broker business to manage our Trading performance and with our Technical Excellence Pricing colleagues, so building and maintaining strong relationships is key to us achieving our goals. You'll participate in the Global P&C Academy accreditation, enhancing your skills in underwriting, risk engineering, pricing, and claims management while exchanging best practices across the Allianz Group. About You Your role will vary day to day, but here is a bit of what you can expect: Carrying out and support the team to deliver pricing analysis Coordinating the delivery of technical projects to improve underwriting performance against common technical modelling standards and adherence to data controls Defining, setting priority and reporting on status of project work and rate reviews / analysis to support product and pricing development Supporting manager in Pricing meetings through presenting and contributing to outcomes Assisting in coaching and developing other colleagues within the team to ensure constant up-skilling. Responsibilities

The Principal Pricing Analyst will deliver pricing analysis and coordinate technical projects to enhance underwriting performance. They will also support pricing meetings and assist in coaching team members.
