Wood is currently looking for an Instrument Engineer to join our Engineering team here in Baku. Remarkable people, trusted by clients to design and advance the world * Responsible for ensuring products, equipment, materials, etc. are designed and developed to the highest standard. * Defines and establishes design constraints. * Conceives and plans engineering development and feasibility studies. * Collaborates with management to define technical needs. * Conceives programs, sets goals and identifies problems to be investigated * Continuous promotion of and, adherence to the discipline specific procedures and providing feedback for continuous improvement. * Support the development and delivery of the technical assurance framework. * Participate in or lead incident investigations as required. * Management of key stakeholders in the execution and delivery of contracted activities. Providing world-class discipline expertise * Serves as an advisor to other technical personnel. * Leads workshops such as Hazop, Safop, Constructibility, Peer Review, Hazid, etc. * Works with project groups as an expert technical advisor on designs, processes, and engineering methods.
