You independently coordinate and manage construction sites in building construction.
You lead and motivate a team of skilled and unskilled workers.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on the construction site.
You monitor the construction progress and document the processes.
You work closely with the site management, suppliers, and other trades.
You are the contact person for your team and ensure a smooth process.

Requirements

Completed vocational training in the construction sector and further training as a foreman in the field of building construction
Several years of professional experience as a foreman in building construction
Independent, dedicated and reliable work ethic
Teamwork skills and enjoyment of collaboration
Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
