Job Description This posting is for a Product Engineer that will be responsible for the development, qualification, and lifecycle management of transceiver products in different technologies. This role involves close collaboration with design, process, test, and reliability teams to ensure robust product performance, manufacturability, and customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities: Lead product engineering activities for ICs from NPI, NTI and technology transfers to mass production, including planning phase Drive product characterization, qualification (e.g., AEC-Q100), and reliability testing. Analyze electrical test data (CP, FT, HTOL, etc.) to identify trends, outliers, and improvement opportunities. Support yield enhancement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for product issues. Qualification of products as well as cost optimization and quality of products. Resolving test and product related issues and facilitating cross-functional teams and departments in problem-solving activities. Perform device characterization and evaluation for above and other continuous improvement activities. Use state of art statistical analysis tools to drill down the root cause of product failure and identify resolution for process or program improvement. Work with minimal supervision, balancing competing priorities, to serve the needs of the engineering and manufacturing communities Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership in yield improvement. Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field. Minimum 10 years semiconductor product engineering experience is required Strong understanding and passion for wafer processes and device physics. Experience with DOE, SPC, and data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, Excel), capability to use Exensio Yield is a strong plus Familiarity with test platforms and probe/test data analysis. Knowledge of reliability standards (e.g., JEDEC, AEC-Q100) and failure analysis techniques is a plus Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficient in English language required Master's/Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering Relevant working experience in semiconductor industry Basic knowledge of ATE Test programs, experience with 93K/Pinscale Test systems is an added advantage Knowledge of C/C++/Java/Phyton programming knowledge is a plus Fast learner to meet skills requirement for new and advancing ATE and semiconductor devices and testing.
