Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the R&D squad roadmap, aligned with business goals and driven by rapid testing and data-based decisions.
  • Solve complex product challenges to boost monetisation, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration with embedded engineers and designers.
  • Use advanced data tools (Amplitude, Hex, Looker) to guide strategy, improve processes, and drive company-wide insights.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and execution on high-impact projects.
