Have a keen understanding of loyalty program in the industry and identify best practices for our program. Write feature specs, manage and track key issues, and manage team execution including partnerships within and outside of the organization. Develop plans for flighting and experimentation across multiple product canvases. Measure and analyze the metrics for the features shipped. Partner with design, development, marketing, legal, and usability to develop user experiences which align to business and customer needs. Maintain and improve user experiences, while managing the health of the business partnering with customer support, finance, and fraud prevention teams. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 7+ years of product management experience and shipping product features. Experience shipping online services in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using AI tools. Proficient at problem solving. Self-directedness, team player, individual accountability. Passion for quality with strong customer empathy. Clear communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
