The Copilot Ecosystem Team is building the next wave of AI solutions on the Microsoft 365 Copilot platform. Our mission is clear: transform how the world works using AI and rewire human productivity for the next 30 years. Our team is designing and building innovative AI agents on the Copilot platform, including agent templates for makers as well as more bespoke solutions in partnership with leading companies like Dow, Visa, Air India, ServiceNow, Adobe, and Cohere. The Copilot Ecosystem Team is hiring a Principal Product Manager to help lead this groundbreaking transformation across diverse industries and scenarios.
As a Prinicpal Product Manager you will work across our engineering teams and with some of the most innovative companies in the world to deliver engaging and transformative AI solutions for use by millions of end-users while also driving our platform growth strategy. You will also have a direct role in pushing the latest AI frontiers, including autonomous agentic workflows, deep research and reasoning, multi-agent frameworks, and complex data reasoning. You will get to work in a fast paced environment, predicated by rapid change, the opportunities enabled by ambiguity, and leveraging a mix of technical, business, and UX skills for maximum impact.

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
