WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Principal Product Manager for Site Reliability, you will drive the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of programs that enhance the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our infrastructure and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, operations, and executive leadership, to define and implement SRE best practices, tools, and processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, program management, and product management skills to align technical initiatives with business objectives.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Cloud and Production Engineering.

This role is also eligible for the following:

• Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
• Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
