• Own the enhancement request pipeline across multiple strategic enterprise accounts.
• Translate customer requirements into shipped products.
• Turn input from strategic accounts into successful products.
• Feed validated customer patterns back into core product roadmaps.
• Serve as the primary product voice in meetings with senior customer stakeholders.
• Prioritize customer-sourced requirements using structured frameworks.
• Partner with product and engineering leads to write actionable requirements.
• Support deal cycles as a product resource.

Key requirements

Must-have

• 7–10 years of product management experience.
• At least 4 years in B2B enterprise software.
• Experience working with named strategic accounts.
• Hands-on knowledge with SIEM, SOAR, XDR or broader security operations platforms.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with hyperscalers, MSSPs, and/or PubSec.
• Experience: 7–10 years
