The Principal Product Manager is a high-impact role where you will drive the strategic vision for our core business mechanics, ensuring our platforms scale seamlessly to support our rapid regional growth. How You Will Make An Impact  * Drive the strategic roadmap and technical vision for business-critical mechanics, acting as the ultimate subject matter authority to ensure platform excellence, scalability, and seamless cross-platform alignment. * Shape functional excellence by implementing systemic innovations and product practices that address complex business challenges across the mobile and web ecosystems. * Champion a deep understanding of our users' journey by synthesizing expert research and partner feedback to ensure the strategic roadmap for core business mechanics is always anchored in delivering genuine customer value. * Lead cross-platform logic alignment by translating intricate business requirements into technical roadmaps, ensuring that engineering, design, and data implementations are architecturally unified under a consistent product logic. * Influence senior leadership and key stakeholders as the authoritative voice on product mechanics, providing the data-backed depth required to validate technical direction and de-risk complex platform strategies. * Establish best practices for technical scalability and architectural risk by providing foresight into systemic requirements, resolving cross-platform bottlenecks before they impact delivery. * Uplift the technical competency bar of the wider product function through structured mentorship, fostering a high-performance culture of curiosity and empathic collaboration.
