QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• 10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management, software development, product design, or related field
• o OR Bachelor’s Degree in related field AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management, software development, product design, or related field
• o OR equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience working in application security, developer tools, or AI-driven products.
• 2+ years experience managing distributed product management teams.
• Experience in delivering product vision and roadmap to executive audiences, including security and developer leadership.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Deep expertise in application security practices and developer experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in how AI is transforming software development and security, with a proven track record of building or integrating AI-driven capabilities.
• Experience influencing across broad organizations and working directly with enterprise customers and partners.
• Track record of success working with engineering, design, finance, sales, customer success, and marketing.
• Recognized thought leader in product management or security, with public speaking, writing, or mentoring experience.
• Passion for GitHub, open source, and the opportunity to redefine how the world builds and secures software.
