We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager – Finance to help improve our customer’s holiday experience. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As our Principal Product Manager – Finance, you’ll become a fundamental part of the wider Digital Product leadership team, which leads Digital Product Management for Jet2. You’ll help define Jet2.com and Jet2Holidays digital product strategy, alongside building and managing teams that create solutions that deliver the operational and financial targets of the business. You’ll also: -

  • Lead a portfolio of product groups, owning the strategy, outcomes and execution of the finance and internal business digital product estate to deliver against the overall digital product strategy for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.
  • Work closely with Directors within the business to align objectives and agree on digital product strategies with your domain.
  • Set the vision, align your product strategy, and agree on OKRs with your product group.
  • Be a part of the Digital Product leadership team, and as such will agree and communicate the team’s priorities within your teams and within the business.
  • Work hand in hand with internal departments to understand the needs of the business.
  • Work closely with counterparts in design, business analysis and software engineering to align product groups to deliver against the portfolio’s objectives.
  • Coach your product teams to best define what to build to solve problems and deliver growth for the organisation.
