WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive end to end customer experiences for Zalando Plus. You’re coming in at the very start of our loyalty journey, and will play a critical role in ensuring that customers feel rewarded and satisfied with the program no matter where they are in their customer journey. You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Product for Zalando Plus, to define and execute a product vision and strategy that engages our customers and improves retention. As we’re scaling the program, you’ll work both tactically and strategically, reacting to early quantitative and qualitative customers to improve the program short term, while working toward a cohesive longer term strategy to strengthen customer relationships over time.

Our ambition is for customers to feel rewarded for their loyalty and therefore to increase their engagement. At a high level, the roles mission includes:

  • Setting the overarching Loyalty strategy for Zalando across all propositions, in alignment with the Zalando Group Strategy but also learning from industry best practices.
  • Establishing Loyalty thinking across Zalando; helping commercial leaders to utilising loyalty as a key commercial mechanism in their Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Building and evolving a global loyalty platform and loyalty experiences for our customers; be overall responsible for the customer experience, features and also commercial viability of the model
