Description
Define and drive the product vision and strategy for AI agents that empower sales teams in prospecting, deal management, customer success, and account management. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and sales stakeholders to deliver high-impact AI solutions. Develop and prioritize product roadmaps, features, and enhancements based on customer needs and business objectives. Define, monitor, and analyze AI evaluation metrics to ensure product effectiveness and continuous improvement. Lead the development of AI prototypes, leveraging code generation tools and frameworks to rapidly iterate and validate concepts. Gather and synthesize user feedback, market research, and industry trends to inform product decisions. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years focused on AI or machine learning products. Experience defining AI evaluation methodologies and success metrics for product features. Experience building prototypes using AI code generation and related technologies. Experience shipping complex, customer-facing products at scale. Familiarity with responsible AI practices, privacy, and compliance considerations. 4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product). Expertise in CRM systems and sales processes (e.g., prospecting, lead management, opportunity management, customer success).
