Overview We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to define and drive the strategy for Windows-native integrations within Microsoft 365 Copilot. This role will shape how Copilot seamlessly integrates with Windows desktop experiences, delivering productivity and delight for millions of users. Responsibilities Own End-to-End Strategy: Define product vision and roadmap for Windows integrations that enhance Copilot’s value across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Integration Excellence: Deliver deep, intuitive integrations with Windows features (e.g., File Explorer, Taskbar, Notifications, Search, Widgets) to create a cohesive experience. Performance & Reliability: Ensure integrations are fast, secure, and optimized for Windows-native environments, leveraging OS capabilities and APIs. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, design, and platform teams to build scalable, robust solutions aligned with Windows architecture. Data-Driven Decisions: Use telemetry, analytics, and customer feedback to prioritize features and iterate rapidly. Leadership Impact: Mentor senior PMs, influence org-wide integration strategy, and represent the team in executive reviews. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 8+ years of product management experience, including Windows-native desktop applications. Proven track record of defining product vision and delivering complex integrations at scale. Strong analytical and experimentation skills; experience with data-driven decision-making. Excellent collaboration with engineering, design, and executive stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI-powered applications and productivity tools. Familiarity with Windows APIs, Microsoft Graph, and integration frameworks. Success in launching v1 products and scaling adoption globally.
