- Drive AI-Powered UX Innovation Design and deliver intelligent user experiences that simplify and accelerate everyday tasks across Windows Shell surfaces like the Start Menu and Taskbar. - Translate Customer Insights into Strategy Use telemetry, sentiment analysis, and direct customer engagement to uncover unmet needs and shape product direction through the Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) framework. - Lead Cross-Functional Execution Collaborate across product, engineering, design, research, and data teams. Guide scenario walkthroughs and golden configurations to identify friction points and ensure smooth delivery. - Influence at the Highest Levels Present confidently in executive forums, secure alignment and investment, and champion your product vision. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development - 4+ years of hands-on experience in User Experience (UX) or User Interface (UI) design and development. 1+ years of experience working with AI assistants or agents, including designing or integrating AI-powered experiences. Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience bringing products or features to market, including design, product-market fit validation, and launch execution (internal tools or frameworks included).
