Set vision and strategy in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, leveraging agentic AI to simplify communication, onboarding, operations, and productivity. Regularly assess industries and market landscapes to identify both short- and long-term opportunities for Teams growth, especially in frontline-heavy sectors. Define and deliver end-to-end product experiences that connect chat, meetings, channels, and operational workflows seamlessly navigating organizational complexity and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders. Drive the full product lifecycle with urgency and ownership: conduct research, define requirements, prioritize features, and launch experiences that scale globally. Leverage data and experimentation (A/B testing, funnel optimization, cohort analysis) to measure impact, inform decisions, and iterate quickly when assumptions change. Champion responsible AI by embedding transparency, reliability, privacy, and fairness in every product decision. Mentor and influence other PMs, modeling maturity, sound judgment, and resilience under uncertainty. Foster a culture of inclusion, openness, and accountability where team members thrive and deliver phenomenal results. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Experience in building and scaling AI/ML-driven features in communications or collaboration contexts. Agentic AI experience, conversational AI, or real-time communications in team-based contexts. Prior experience embedding responsible AI principles into product design. Advanced degree in CS, AI, HCI, or equivalent experience.
