Description
​​Creates and builds a strategic agenda to identify customers' unmet/unknown needs and market opportunities for enhancement and development of feature(s) areas. Drives business impact across the organization, success criteria, and performance metrics of feature(s) areas. Oversees teams in defining the feature(s) set and ensures partnership with Design teams. Acts as a subject matter expert and collaborates with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering to identify product release criteria, customer acquisition, usage, retention, and monetization strategies. Drives teams to evangelize the feature areas they work on with internal and external stakeholders, partners, analysts, and customers in the industry. ​ Embody our culture and values ​​Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 2+ Years experience in database, analytics, or cloud infrastructure 1+ years of experience with launching a product from inception to launch. ​​Bachelor's Degree AND 15+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 6+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 8+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 8+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g.,. competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).​
