Description
About US: Multiplier is a new-age PEO platform that simplifies international hiring. Our global employment platform makes it easy for companies to hire teams internationally by managing the complexities of local compliance, labour contracts, payroll, benefits and taxes. Multiplier’s mission is to enable companies to hire the best candidate for the job, regardless of their location. The future of work has changed dramatically in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and companies have become more comfortable with distributed teams. Now, more than ever, organizations want to access the best talent, in any location, and need tools that will help them hire across various countries quickly and efficiently. The traditional process of employing talent in a new country can take between a few weeks to months, depending on the country. Often, companies have to set up local entities to facilitate this process. We have our own legal infrastructure that help companies expand their team across any number of countries quickly and efficiently, and without establishing a local legal entity. The platform’s architecture works under a software layer that allows companies to scale and manage their distributed teams using a simple interface. You will own our payroll stack, and constantly seek to build new experiences and solutions to make our product offering world-class. You'll help define the goals & vision for our payroll product & will work with a variety of stakeholders involved in the onboarding & payroll process, including lawyers, operations team, payroll partners to align everyone to a single vision. You'll develop & measure KPIs for success. You will define and own the product roadmap & work with a team of excellent engineers to deliver solutions to our users. You'll be constantly talking to our customers, and obsessively iterate the product, taking into account the various user segments & local nuances involved in the geographies we operate in. We’re looking for someone who has: Ideally 10+ years of experience working on Payroll/Compliance/Benefits products in fast growing teams Proven ability to take a product from the earliest conception to successful market adoption Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems Good to have previous work experience in Payroll space Ability to setup the KPIs for success & align the team Great problem solving mindset, thinking from first principles.
