With daily rate updates and earnings calculators, CD Valet gives consumers an array of free tools to help them find the right CD to meet their savings goals. Banks and credit unions can attract more deposits through CD Valet’s advertising, analytics and account opening solutions that enable them to design, price and promote CDs to a targeted market of ready-to-buy savers across the nation. CD Valet is operated by Seattle Bank, and CD Valet and Seattle Bank are wholly owned subsidiaries of Seattle Bancshares, Inc. Position Summary The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for driving CD Valet’s entire product development lifecycle. This high impact role will be charged with executing strategies that enhance the digital CD marketplace for both consumer visitors/shoppers as well as our financial institution partners/customers. This involves leading a team of engineering resources to ensure delivery of value-driven customer experiences across the website, mobile apps, and data reporting tools. This position necessitates a strong understanding of the CD market needs, and the ability to analyze product performance data and conduct necessary research to ensure the product continues to deliver expected revenue results. This is a hybrid/remote position. Candidates residing in the Puget Sound region are expected to work onsite 2 days each week. Candidates residing outside of this region are expected to travel to the office quarterly. Additional onsite work may be required based on business needs. Essential Duties Physically attending work on a set and predictable schedule is an essential function of this job. Manage the development and prioritization of new product experiences within the CD Valet product suite Lead a team of designers, engineers, data analysts, and quality assurance associates in order to facilitate the creation and implementation of new features and enhancements Analyze product requests from internal and external customers to establish appropriate product roadmap and necessary backlog Prioritize workstreams, manage trade-offs, and maintain stakeholder communication regarding timeline and delivery statuses In collaboration with the Head of Product, define the product vision and strategy in order to meet company goals Monitor and drive product adoption, working with go-to-market team members to create impactful launch strategies and ensure customer success Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, IT, and other team members to ensure aligned execution Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, ensuring our CD marketplace continues to not only meet but exceed expectations in performance, security, and compliance Participate in regular meetings to provide updates and strategize for future success Travel as needed with the team to help represent CD Valet at events Requirements Due to the collaborative nature of this position, onsite availability and flexibility as described in the position summary are required.
