Responsibilities Build an awesome payment platformManage from concept to launch, collaborating with internal experts and clients to produce intelligent and insightful products and create holistic solutions. Build, develop and manage the product roadmap for services and features in partnership with technical program managers and engineers Improve customer experience flow while iterating features with better UX designs. Write detailed business, functional requirements and specifications and work closely with the development team to design and build the correct solutions - carry out functional testing of developed solutions. Provide professional expertise and product knowledge to internal groups (Sales, Professional Services, Customer Service, Training and Documentation), customers and partners. Lead communication throughout the development process across a mix of internal as well as client facing teams, ensuring that products satisfy customers’ needs and are highly adopted Own the launch and release plans, collaborating with Account Managers, Internal Business Stakeholders, Marketing, and Sales to ensure proper prioritization of product features of platform Leverage deep understanding of competitive landscape to identify distinctive advantages and apply them in our solutions. Lead through influence rather than authority. Proven ability to motivate, lead, nand collaborate with cross-functional product development teams and manage interactions across product areas. Qualifications BA+ 8+ years working with network systems or equivalent relevant experience 8+ years of technical product management experience. Experience in managing end to end product launches Usage of Scrum/Agile methodologies. Expert in writing Specs / Use case flows and stakeholder management Positive attitude, and a collaborative approach towards problem solving. Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities Demonstrated success defining and shipping products in an iterative manner, with a hands-on willingness to do whatever it takes from an execution perspective. Experience transforming product strategy into well-articulated business requirements, as well as using qualitative and quantitative data effectively to inform product direction and prioritization. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to handle both executive-level discussions as well as functional / technical deep dives. Preferred Qualifications: MBA Understanding of the Gift Cards & Payments space, ecommerce Agile tools like Jira, Rally Working knowledge of the e-commerce products, API based solutions good to have Experience with supply chain and fulfillment driven applications Experience with service-oriented architecture, microservices, and event-driven architecture a plus.
