Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

In this pivotal role, you will focus on the growth of our user base by attracting new users, retaining current users, and bringing back lapsed users. The goal of the Growth area is to provide relevant product sets and experiences that enable traders of all levels to develop confidence through competence, helping them progress toward their personal goals. The results of your efforts will increase user stickiness on our platform and convert prospects from demo (free trial) users to funded users and eventually to active traders.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Drive the overall product strategy and vision for Trader Engagement in collaboration with product and growth leadership, marketing, engineering, design, and science teams – ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive engagement, conversion, and retention
  • Lead cross-functional teams in creating delightful experiences for our customers that drive them through the different stages of the engagement flywheel
  • Optimize and evolve our go-to-market approach, including value proposition development, positioning, and pricing, alongside our strategy and marketing teams
  • Set and execute against a roadmap that delivers outstanding value to users and our business
  • Utilize analytics to inform growth and acquisition tactics, measure effectiveness, and iterate on strategy
  • Design and run experiments to test hypotheses related to growth and engagement, scaling successful strategies
  • Get your hands dirty: Write PRDs, manage backlogs, and prioritize features vs. tech debt
  • Mentor and coach other PMs on principles like product-led growth and other frameworks
