JOB OVERVIEW:

Pharmaron is seeking an experienced and driven Principal Programmer (FSP) to join our clinical data team. In this key role, you will independently develop and quality-check SDTM and analysis datasets, as well as TLFs and associated documentation. You’ll serve as a technical expert and project lead, managing timelines, resources, and communications with sponsors, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Independently develop and/or QC any complexity SDTM, analysis datasets, tables, figures and listings, SDTM, analysis dataset programming specifications, and other programming supporting documents.
• Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with internal and external quality standards, SOPs/WIs, ICH-GCP and/or any other applicable local and international regulations, guidelines and industry standards.
• Lead a statistical programming team to successfully complete a project within given timelines and budget.
• Monitor project resourcing, project budgets, and identify changes in scope.
• Independently interact with Sponsors regarding statistical programming issues.
• Independently and/or lead a team to create standard tools to improve the efficiency of programming tasks.
• Provide technical support and advice to the internal and external team.
• Learn new systems and functions in an evolving technical environment and provide the relevant training to the team.
• Represent the company at internal/external audits and regulatory inspections, as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
