This role is central to shaping the future of digital planning and service delivery across NSW. You will oversee all aspects of complex project portfolios—from business case development and governance to implementation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement—to ensure high-quality outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.   As a senior member of the Digital and Customer team, you will lead cross-functional project teams, collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
