About the role The Principal Project Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of transformative digital initiatives at Legal Aid NSW, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, cloud platforms, and infrastructure. This is a high-impact role that drives innovation and strengthens the organisation’s digital capability to better support staff and clients. You’ll work across ICT and business teams to deliver complex projects that align with Legal Aid’s strategic priorities, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and with lasting value. In this role, you will: Lead the planning and delivery of digital transformation projects using agile and/or predictive approaches Manage risks, budgets, governance, and stakeholder relationships across diverse teams Facilitate workshops and collaboration to drive engagement and successful outcomes Champion digital capability uplift and alignment with Legal Aid’s strategic direction Influence and support stakeholders to ensure adoption and long-term integration of change About you You are a highly capable and strategic project leader with a strong track record of delivering complex digital initiatives. You bring deep expertise in project governance, stakeholder engagement, and change management, and are confident navigating competing priorities to achieve results.
