Description

Your responsibilities will include: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for multi-site deployment activities Collaborate with Change Network Leads to support communications, training, and stakeholder readiness Deliver regular status reports, risk updates, and key milestones to senior leadership, ensuring compliance with program governance Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 6 years' experience in project or program management Minimum of 3 years' experience leading large-scale ERP or digital transformation initiatives Demonstrated ability to manage complex global projects within a matrixed organization Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills PMP or equivalent project management certification Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP platforms Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and deliver results under tight deadlines
