SALARY: UP TO $128,886 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) + SUPER

As the Principal Psychologist, you will lead and coordinate the delivery of clinical services across the Centre. Approximately 30% of your role will be conducting assessments and providing intervention to a range of complex clients, with the remaining portion providing quality leadership and support. You’ll provide high quality supervision to a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers and AOD Specialists, oversee offence specific and offence related interventions and contribute to program development that supports prisoner wellbeing and rehabilitation. This role balances clinical depth with operational oversight which is perfect for a high-impact, hands-on leader.
