Job TitlePrincipal Purchasing Location(s)Johor Preferred Characteristics: Good analytical capabilities to interpret data, assess supplier performance, and make informed decisions. Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and internal teams. Ability to identify challenges within the procurement process quickly and develop innovative solutions. Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment characterized by changing priorities and high-pressure situations. Meticulous attention to detail in managing procurement processes and documentation. Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently when required Basic Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, planning, or a similar capacity within a manufacturing environment; at least 2 years in a senior role is required. Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
