Location: Hybrid – Miramar, FL (Onsite Tuesday to Thursday)
Contract Type: Temp-to-Hire
Skill Set Required: Tosca + SAP (ECC/S4) + QA Automation Leadership

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of experience leading automation efforts, preferably in enterprise settings.
  • Hands-on experience with Tosca is mandatory (scripting, configuration, optimization).
  • Deep understanding of SAP platforms (ECC and S/4HANA).
  • Proven ability to build, scale, and maintain automation frameworks.
  • Experience validating test results and working with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Familiarity with deployment tools and programming (e.g., ABAP, Java, Python, C#).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong communicator.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business and system requirements.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca (must-have)
  • Create test strategies for SAP testing across modules like S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD.
  • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
  • Execute functional, integration, and regression tests using Tosca.
  • Maintain test data and ensure script reusability across SAP modules.
  • Document test results, defects, and resolution status; generate reporting for stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives to improve QA processes, standards, and efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship within the QA automation practice.
  • Coordinate test execution with project and program teams.
  • Stay current with automation testing trends, especially within SAP ecosystems.
