What are we looking for?

• 3+ years in a QA Leadership (Manager or Principal) role.
• Deep understanding of different levels of testing: unit, integration, system, end-to-end, load, performance, security, and UAT Experience with QA in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint-based and cross-sprint testing strategies.
• Strong hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, JMeter, Gatling).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and test architecture design Proficiency with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI) and test integration strategies Enterprise-level QA experience with familiarity in compliance, structured documentation, and reporting Ability to balance manual and automated testing based on product maturity, risk, and business needs.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, JMeter, Gatling, Bruno, Graphql, WebdriverIO).
• Availability to work on-site in Arlington, TX.
