Job Description • Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies. • Establishes procedures that affect immediate organization. • Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends. • Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. • May have budget responsibilities. • Erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may impact short-term goals of organization. • Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction. • Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individual's direction on a day-to-day • Responsible for managing the construction engineering functions on a project to ensure adherence to all engineering construction plans and specifications. • Works as an integral part of the site construction team at the project as delineated by the applicable company project execution plans and procedures.
