YOUR FUTURE ROLE

Take on a new challenge and apply your Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You will work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of RAM objectives across tenders, projects, and programs, driving excellence in Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD). Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across the business, lead continuous team improvement initiatives, mentor and coach team members, and much more.

  • Degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience or understanding of Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) principles and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) objectives and processes.
  • Familiarity with Digital Transformation tools and frameworks.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage and coach a team, fostering skill growth and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in deploying and improving processes, methods, and tools.
  • Expertise in root cause analysis and mitigation planning.
  • Strong organisational and workload management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving business needs
