Location: Rotherham/Hybrid
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Uncapped Bonus + Company Share Scheme

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior/Managing Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of making permanent technical placements , the position will take full ownership of a Technical specialist and white collar desk operating within the M&E, Power and Renewables sector. With the support of a Recruiter/Researcher, you will have the autonomy to grow your desk and division, drive revenue, and—when ready—build and mentor a high-performing perm team.
This is an ideal step up for a Senior 360 recruiter who is driven, thrives on sales, relationship building, understands the full recruitment lifecycle, how to build a solid pipeline, and is ready to shape a function as if it were their own business (with support, of course).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and grow your own permanent Technical recruitment desk/ division in this rapidly expanding sector
  • Manage, coach and develop a technical recruiter/researcher
  • Provide mentoring to other Perm consultants in the business
  • Win new business and Build long-term client relationships
  • Grow the company brand and presence within the M&E, Power and Renewables sectors
  • Work closely with candidates to deliver a high-quality, consultative experience
  • Work with the MD and BM on strategic growth plans
  • Hire , train and mentor perm recruiters and resourcers as your team grows

About You:

  • 360 recruitment experience with a track record of growing a successful desk and of making Technical placements within a similar market (M&E, Construction, Civil, Engineering, Power, Utilities)
  • A Proven biller with a commercial mindset
  • Ambition to lead and grow a team
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership and build something fantastic
