1. Lead and manage research and critical analysis of complex and non-complex matters.
2. Develop and communicate accurate, clear, concise and evidence-based solutions, advice and reporting to the
   Commission, and stakeholders, regarding complex and non-complex matters.
3. Establish, build and maintain appropriate, professional and productive relationships with senior industry and
   government, and other relevant stakeholders.
4. Lead and manage the planning and execution of major reviews and multifaceted projects, including the management of
   budget and other resources, such as expert consultants.
5. Provide support to and supervise other team members.
6. Support the administration of the Commission and Commission office.
