We are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our Operations Wing team to play an active role in supporting and/or delivering our aircrew training programme. Principal Quality/Compliance Assurance Manager, NATO Grade 15 Principal Mission Simulator Operator, NATO Grade 12 ABOUT YOU Principal Quality/Compliance Assurance Manager, NATO Grade 15 As part of the Plans Squadron, you will serve as the Operations Wing Quality and Compliance Manager, overseeing all aspects of aircrew training, including both the training programme and associated devices and systems. You will also act as the Wing administrator for Statements of Need, manage programme funding, and ensure compliance with contracts through auditing and oversight. Additionally, you will be responsible for the effective management of information and projects related to these duties, ensuring high standards, efficiency, and accountability across all training operations. Your contribution will have direct impact on quality and compliance management, process improvement, project oversight, and information management. Principal Mission Simulator Operator, NATO Grade 12 As part of the Aircrew Training Squadron (ATS), you will take charge of supporting the operation of Mission Simulators, including delivering academic instruction and providing hands-on Mission Simulator training. In addition, you will play a key role in developing realistic and effective Mission Scenarios, ensuring trainees gain the skills and experience needed to succeed in real-world operations. Your contribution will be vital in delivering, supporting, and maintaining high-quality simulator training, essential for training across all levels. You will directly impact mission performance, operational capability, and flight safety. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Ideal candidates will meet the following essential requirements: Grade 15: University Degree or Higher Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training paired with sufficient, post related professional experience Grade 12: Higher Secondary education and higher vocational training or Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training paired with sufficient, post related professional experience Working/Advanced knowledge of Automatic Data Processing (ADP) systems; A good command of English both written and spoken Additionally, the following requirements are applicable for each role Principal Quality/Compliance Assurance Manager, Essential Professional and documented experience in Quality Management/Compliance Management, process management/continuous improvement, internal auditing, project management, information management. Completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification or accreditation in quality management, process management/continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certification) and project management (PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar certification) with 5 years post related experience. Desirable: Extensive experience working in a complex environment, with operations, logistics, or information technology background. Experience with NATO or a National Military HQ. Experience from private enterprise at corporate level. Good command of German language (SLP 3.3.3.3) Strong briefing, writing, speaking, and instructing skills, often directed toward an audience of senior leadership. Experience related to team/crew training efforts (to include training programme and associated devices and systems) Principal Mission Simulator Operator Essential Experience in delivering learning activities to a variety of audiences. Completed military specialist training in military Air Defence/ licensed operational Air Defence functions. Previous experience as E-3 Tactical Director, Weapons, Surveillance or Passive Controller. Desirable Previous NATO assignment. Experience working in an international military environment. Knowledge in Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) weapons, surveillance, Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and air battle management functions. Previous professional experience as an E-3A mission crew instructor or evaluator. Experience in state-of-the-art scenario modelling and simulation technologies. Experience instructing in classroom and Simulator environments. Strong briefing, writing, speaking, and instructing skills. Managerial skills and foster teamwork in planning, organizing, implementing, co-coordinating, and controlling all aspects of any given simulator training scenario. The E- 3A Component Commander is responsible for all aspects of the operations, logistics, training, readiness, responsiveness, and safety of its personnel and the NE-3A fleet. The Operations Wing (OW) is responsible for the effective delivery of all flight operations to include scheduling, planning, execution and control, and safety.
