Rundle College Collett School (Grades K - 6) is seeking to fill a permanent full-time Principal position in the 2026-2027 school year to support its approximately 381 students and 47 staff. The role of the Principal is to provide inspired leadership for staff, students and parents. The Principal’s actions must align with the mission, vision, and values that permeate Rundle’s culture. Reporting directly to the Head of Academics, the Principal will focus on ensuring the overall quality of the program is maintained and enhanced at Rundle College.  Prospective candidates will have, or will be working towards, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership. Qualifications include the ability to collaborate as a member of the senior administrative team, to communicate effectively with all members of our community, and to inspire our students to realize the mission of Rundle College. The candidates require certification in the Teacher Quality Standard (TQS) and Leadership Quality Standard (LQS) by Alberta Education.
