ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
The Friends’ School is seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Officer to the Principal’s Office. This role provides critical executive-level support to the Principal and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the School’s leadership and governance processes.
The Executive Officer manages the Principal’s schedule and correspondence, prepares and coordinates key documentation, liaises with staff, parents and Board members, and ensures effective communication across the School community.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with discretion and confidentiality. Strong written communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
