Description
As a Principal Sales Consultant, you will... - Be an expert in Oracle Insurance Application Suite Assets (one or more of OIPA/OHI) and related solutiong offerings. - In partnership with the sales team, you will formulate and execute a sales strategy based on the adoption of Oracle technology suite and Insurance Application suite deployments. - As an Insurance industry expert, you translate customers business requirements at high level (Life, Pensions, General Insurnace, Health etc), to map it to Oracle Insurnace solution constructs during presales RFX, Discovery phases. - As a trusted customer advocate, you will help customers understand best practices around on-premises and, cloud-based solutions, and how to migrate existing workloads to these solutions. - Work with customers to help shape and execute a strategy to develop their next generation solutions on Oracle Core Insurance Technology. - Engage with a diverse customer base, effectively communicating Oracle's Insurance's value proposition and participating in detailed technical discussions to ensure solutions are optimally designed for deployment in the cloud or on-premises, based on customer needs. - Enjoy creating and delivering compelling presentations, product demos, sample solutions, and discussions to drive adoption of Oracle suite. - Leverage frameworks and messaging developed by Marketing to develop opportunity-specific business cases, guide deal "marketing" and provide RFI/RFP input, prepare presentation materials for key client meetings. - Manage complex sales activities including the managing of selected proposals / responses. - Hands on skills to create and configure the Oracle Insurance Application Suite Assets (OIPA/OHI systems) for demos, variety of use case scenarios. - Orchestrate final meeting presentations, including the development of exemplary client-facing sales content and conducting business-focused product demonstrations that "wow" our clients. - Must have ability to travel up to 50% of time, including possible international travel.
