High level outline   We are seeking a results-driven and strategic professional to lead and support the pursuit of large, complex deals. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in independently identifying high-value opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and successfully closing deals in competitive environments.   This individual will both support in-country teams and take direct ownership of key opportunities. They will proactively identify and originate deals, while also partnering with local teams to guide opportunities through the full deal lifecycle, from qualification and strategy development to negotiation and closing. The role requires a balance of collaboration and autonomy, with the ability to step in as a leader or operate independently as needed.   The successful candidate is proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-stakes situations. They possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive results across diverse markets.
