About the Job As a Principal Scrum Master at Allianz Technology, you will be instrumental in guiding and coaching Agile teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions that drive Allianz's digital transformation. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensure adherence to Agile principles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to remove impediments, enhance productivity, and ensure successful project delivery. You will also play a key role in scaling Agile practices across the organization and mentoring junior Scrum Master What you do Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Coach Agile teams on Scrum practices and principles, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project goals and priorities. Identify and remove impediments that hinder team productivity and progress. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to experiment and innovate. Lead the scaling of Agile practices across the organization, promoting collaboration and alignment. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Scrum Masters, supporting their professional development. Monitor and report on team performance, using metrics to drive improvements and achieve project objective What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a track record of successfully leading Agile teams. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams. Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical us.
