Job Description
Due to a strong project pipeline, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our Energy Team as a Principal level Secondary Systems engineer based in Melbourne (or Adelaide). This would suit an experienced Secondary Engineer with prior experience in technical leadership on projects with strong knowledge of Australian Design Standards. You will be working on some major projects across both the transmission and distribution space.

Responsibilities
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar) with RPEV (or equivalent) or ability to obtain.
  • Evidence of technical competency and project leadership experience in Secondary System projects alongside a detailed knowledge of Secondary Systems and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently on projects in Protection and Control, while working closely with major client accounts.
  • Prior involvement in delivery of detailed scope and specifications, detailed design, review sign off, report writing and relay configurations.
  • Proven understanding of sub-transmission and distribution system protection and control Australian Standards
