Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and evolution of enterprise-wide security architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats.
  • Define and maintain security architecture principles, standards, and reference models to guide solution development across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, DevOps, Data, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Business Lines) to integrate security into solution designs and technology roadmaps.
  • Evaluate and recommend security technologies and tools, ensuring they align with architectural goals and risk management strategies.
  • Facilitate threat modeling, risk assessments, and architecture reviews for new and existing systems, identifying gaps and recommending mitigations.
  • Provide expert guidance on secure design patterns, including Zero Trust, identity and access management (IAM), network segmentation, and data protection.
  • Contribute to the development of security policies, standards, and governance frameworks in collaboration with the CISO Office.
  • Support incident response and forensic investigations by providing architectural insights and identifying systemic weaknesses.
  • Mentor and guide solution architects and security engineers, fostering a culture of security-by-design and continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, threat landscapes, and regulatory changes, translating them into actionable architectural strategies.
