Description
- Lead, mentor, and develop a performing team of security researchers and technical experts, fostering a culture of growth, inclusion, and operational excellence. - Oversee and continuously improve the enterprise customer escalation process, identifying opportunities for automation and process innovation, and product improvements. - Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Program Management partners to deliver seamless customer experiences and integrate threat intelligence into products and services. - Drive the integration and publication of threat intelligence, ensuring timely delivery to customers through our products and services, direct communication to our field and customers, blogs, conference presentations, and other channels. Minimum Qualifications: - Doctorate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field. - OR 8+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cybersecurity, and/or anomaly detection. - 3+ years of people management experience, including direct leadership of technical teams in a customer-facing operational environment. - 8+ years of professional experience developing or supporting large-scale, customer-facing cybersecurity products or services. - 1+ years experience resolving urgent customer issues and escalations, driving root-cause investigations, and communicating outcomes to customers and internal stakeholders. - 1+ years experience delivering or driving programs to author and publish threat intelligence. Preferred Qualifications: - Doctorate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field. - OR 9+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cybersecurity, and/or anomaly detection. - 3+ years in email or collaboration security research - 1+ years experience with premium security offerings, for example, supporting F500 organizations. - 1+ years of coding experience (Regex, SQL, Python, C). - Demonstrated ability to balance committed work with emerging innovative solutions in an agile environment. Security Research M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year.
