Description
Physical Security Leadership: Coordinate site security operations for several sites, including access control, surveillance systems (CCTV), perimeter defenses, and emergency security response planning. Executive Protection (EP) and International Travel Security Programs: Support and improve existing protection program. Must have experience with managing EP and travel security programs. Technical Countermeasures: Have an understanding of technical surveillance threats and capabilities and the ability to manage, deploy and maintain advanced security solutions Insider Risk & Cyber Investigations: Lead and support investigations involving insider threats, material theft, and cyber incidents Risk-Based Security Analysis: Conduct threat assessments and vulnerability analyses, applying risk-based methodologies to prioritize security investments. Threat Landscape Expertise: Demonstrated ability to monitor and mitigate risks specific to the semiconductor industry, including IP theft, and supply chain vulnerabilities. Manage and mentor a global security team, encouraging a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Compliance & Governance: Ensure alignment with international security standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies. Incident Response: Support multi-functional teams during security incidents, ensuring rapid containment and recovery. Bachelor's degree with 15+ years in security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in security, insider threat programs, and cyber investigations Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Superb communication and stakeholder leadership skills. Ability to lead complex projects and drive pivotal initiatives. Ability to integrate physical and cyber security strategies into a unified program. Master's degree or equivalent experience. Military, law enforcement, or intelligence community experience. Familiarity with security and risk frameworks (NIST, ISO 31000, ISO 27001).
