Description
Own and drive the enabler Platform validation function and forums, such as weekly core team meetings, bi-weekly sync, quarterly technical review (QTR)etc., Generate high-quality and well-aligned platform validation plans based on early enabler intercept and innovation to accelerate TTM (time-to-market). Drive platform validation across its life cycle from Roadmap alignment and New Product Introduction validations to the high-volume ramp with sustaining validations for follow-on products. Participate in internal roadmap decision forums and regularly update executive leadership and collaborators on the overall progress of platform validation, identify risks and collaborate solutions to mitigate risks. Own and drive all enabler validation needs from determination of sample demand with appropriate timeline for demand intercept and working with engineering, NPI and NPO in establishing readiness of timely and high-quality sample delivery to enablers. Focus on partner experience and develop a metrics driven approach to improve engagement. 7+ years' experience in the semiconductor industry with a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Material Science or a related field. Deep understanding of the Server Compute platform architecture and validation processes. Deep understanding of DRAM technology and memory interface standards Ability to synthesize messaging from technical discussions and align with enablers on JEDEC standards discussion. Ability to address sophisticated business process issues by establishing processes and building partnerships with key partners. Ability to build trust and establish positive relationships across ecosystem partners. Experience working with NPI product bring-up and the ability to drive decisions and identify gating issues. Top notch program management skills exhibited through successful delivery of large programs and ability to operate optimally in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of AI application landscape and its implication on future platform & memory sub-system architecture. Excellent communication, presentation capabilities with customer-facing experience. Self-starter with minimal mentorship, experience working with multi-functional teams across multiple sites as an individual contributor.
