Description
This is a broad, cross-team role with high visibility. In this role, you will: Build features end-to-end — from our endpoint installed on user machines across multiple platforms, all the way to Cloud Services. Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and delivery of the future architecture for highly scalable, durable, low-latency systems. Build an effective and agile development organization by applying industry-leading best practices. Lead the definition of requirements, KPIs, priorities, and the planning of engineering deliverables. Demonstrate proven team-building experience, including mentoring and growing team members. BSc./MSc. in Computer Science or equivalent You have at least 12+ years of experience in implementation of object-oriented software in C++ Strong hands-on background in Windows internal, kernel and drivers development Hands-on experience in developing low level networking, facing performance and latency challenges Strong debugging skills Expertise in design, building and operating large scale distributed systems Technical leadership, experience in high performing, agile teams Proven skills to collaborate cross-group and work effectively within the team Excellent teammate skills, effectiveness both in independent and collaborative work Autodidactic abilities to ramp up quickly on new technologies
