In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, and development of mission-critical applications that empower teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Accountabilities Architect, design, and build scalable, high-quality applications that support customer-facing and internal workflows. Collaborate across Agile teams to develop, test, implement, and maintain backend systems and integrations. Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, automated testing, and quality assurance processes. Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and document technical solutions to ensure maintainability and alignment with best practices. Lead engineering initiatives, prioritize work, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver business value. Integrate applications with APIs and third-party tools to ensure seamless system interactions and data flow. 10+ years of software development experience with a focus on application architecture and enterprise-scale solutions. Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining integrated, multi-technology systems. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and driving continuous improvement of team maturity. Proven experience optimizing CI/CD pipelines and supporting DevOps initiatives. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, including creating custom tools for automation. Proficiency with Git version control, repository management, and API integration. Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills, with a track record of leading technical teams.
