Arondite is looking for an experienced and versatile software engineer to lead our growing software engineering team. You should have 5+ years of development experience in building complex, multi-user systems, and have spent some time managing or mentoring other engineers. Whilst this is a senior role, you will still be writing code in various languages including TypeScript, Python and Rust on a daily basis. You will design and build software to enable autonomous systems to collaborate, process vast quantities of data, and take meaningful action. You will iterate closely with and enhance the capabilities of end users who do globally impactful work. The software you create will present complex information in an intuitive way to enable humans to task, control and supervise multiple robotic and autonomous systems.
