TECH SKILLS:

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team:

  • Expertise with CI/CD and DevSecOps best practices, including for AI/ML workloads, AIOps and MLOps.
  • Experience building secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-native applications, leveraging platforms such as AWS (including AWS Bedrock, Sagemaker, Lambda, etc.), and integrating generative AI/LLM solutions.
  • Experience with public APIs that support mission-critical and AI-enriched applications.
  • Practical exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), managing Knowledge Bases and Embeddings, and working with Large Language Models (LLM).
  • Proficient in modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, and/or C#, especially within AI/ML and cloud settings.
  • Ability to contribute to strategy, AI solution architecture, and translate these into pragmatic engineering design decisions.
  • Experience working with Payments or related domains, including responsible AI/data compliance, is highly regarded.
  • Thorough understanding of large-scale distributed systems, solution design, AI-powered architectures, and foundational principles for building robust, intelligent services.
