What You Will Do: You will lead the design and implementation of new capabilities for our Cert DevOps pipeline. You will optimize existing Cert DevOps pipeline capabilities. You will set-up and own sandbox environments for technology incubation and development. You will work across teams and departments to enable rapid onboarding of the Cert DevOps technology. You will mentor, train and onboard teammates. You will be expected to be a self-starter, able to multitask and manage unplanned events. You will use your organizational skills to keep track of everything. You will use your effective communication skills to keep engineering peers, leadership and customers up to date. You will use your problem solving, decision making, and teamwork skills to support the team mission. Education and Experience You Must Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
